1. What is your return policy?
Any unwanted items must be returned and received by us within 28 days of your delivery date.
The condition of the item(s) you wish to return must be:
New, unused, and in original packaging with all tags as received.
Original shoe boxes and packaging must be returned undamaged and unused, as they are part of the product.
When trying on items, ensure they do not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other substances. Footwear should be tried on a clean, soft indoor surface.
Non-returnable items include:
Made-to-order or custom products.
Items marked as non-returnable in product details.
Hair accessories (unless unworn).
Perishable goods.
Gift boxes.
Bottles/Dummies (unless unopened and in sealed packaging).
A return on these exclusions will only be accepted if the item is faulty or does not fit the description. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you.
